THE CHALLENGE

In 2013 Silver Pail Dairy was expanding its output and sales as part of its long term business plan. Silver Pail operates to global food standards and fully conforms with all appropriate food safety legislation. It maintains accredited HACCP and Quality Assurance Standards which ensures food safety and full product traceability. These factors created pre-requisites for the type of ERP system to be deployed by the firm, as the solution would be required to maintain these standards, while providing capability and flexibility to enhance processes and build for the future.
